Han-Yu Chuang, Intern Attorney, graduated from the Department of Law at National University of Kaohsiung and was honored as a honorary member of the Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor Society of the Republic of China for her outstanding academic performance.
Prior to qualifying as an attorney, she served in the legal department of a listed energy corporation, where she gained extensive experience in natural gas pipeline infrastructure and renewable energy (solar power). Since joining the firm, she has been dedicated to integrating legal theory with industry practice, providing clients with stable and pragmatic legal assistance.
With a practical perspective from the industry, Han-Yu Chuang focuses on aligning legal expertise with operational details. Her experience includes:• Energy Infrastructure & Public Works: Participated in the bidding process for natural gas pipeline public works, assisted in reviewing tender documents, and observed the execution and compliance procedures of construction contracts.• Construction Dispute Resolution: Assisted in handling litigation and non-litigation cases regarding construction performance disputes and drafted related legal documents.• Renewable Energy Practice: Participated in the drafting and review of contracts for solar power plant projects and conducted legal research on energy regulations and industry practices.• General Civil and Criminal Litigation: Assisted in legal research and drafting of pleadings for various civil litigation (such as damages) and criminal cases.• Labor Disputes & Business Compliance: Assisted in the mediation of labor disputes, as well as the drafting of commercial contracts and provision of legal opinions.
