Ms. Tina Li had been a prosecutor’ investigator for more than ten years and has extensive experience in criminal cases. During that time, she was seconded to the Department of Prosecutorial Affairs of the Ministry of Justice, where she handled foreign-related cases and acted as the Minister's interpreter. Later, she was appointed as the Chief of the Department of International and Cross-Strait Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice, where she was in charge of foreign-related administrative management, Taiwan-Vietnam mutual legal assistance cases, and represented the Ministry of Justice in international trade consultations and negotiations for a number of times.
After practice, Tina has been involved in cases in Taiwan and China, including assisting a production company to successfully launch Netflix, providing a number of start-ups with compliance counseling and user rules related to personal data protection, and assisting an association in China in a contractual arbitration case with a German company to successfully protect the client's right to use its trademarks without having to pay damages.
Tina has extensive experience in both non-litigation and litigation and provides the best advice to protect her clients' rights and interests after reviewing the relevant documents and evidence and interviewing the clients in detail.
